I’m Vasylysa Yilmaz, DipWSET - a wine and gastronomy specialist and writer with a passion for discovering hidden, non-mainstream destinations and sharing their indigenous flavors with the world.
With roots deep in journalism, matured through years in events and tourism, and shaped by a love for gastronomy and wine, I’ve created my signature blend of expertise and creativity. I strengthened my knowledge by studying Gastronomy at Okan University in Istanbul and West London Hospitality School and gaining WSET Diploma.
